2. Wholesale clients only

The funds and services described on this website are available only to wholesale clients, as defined in section 761G or 761GA of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth). Apollo's licence authorises it to provide financial services to wholesale clients only.

The information on this website is not intended for retail clients, and retail clients must not rely on it. We do not accept applications from retail clients.

Before we provide an Information Memorandum or accept an application, we verify and record the basis on which you qualify as a wholesale client. For example, this may be a qualified accountant's certificate given within the last two years, or an investment of at least A$500,000 in the relevant fund.

None of the funds is a registered managed investment scheme. No product disclosure statement or prospectus has been prepared or lodged with ASIC for any of them.

All investments carry risk. You may lose some or all of the capital you invest, and income may be delayed or reduced. Neither Apollo nor any other person guarantees the performance of any fund, the return of capital or any particular rate of return.

• Secured lending: "Secured" does not mean risk-free. Property values can fall, enforcing security takes time and costs money, and the amount recovered may be less than the amount owed. A loan secured by a second mortgage ranks behind the first mortgagee and is repaid only from what remains after the first mortgagee is paid.
• Not a deposit: Interests in the funds are not bank deposits and are not protected by the Australian Government's Financial Claims Scheme.
• Liquidity: Withdrawal rights differ between funds and may be limited or suspended under the relevant fund's governing documents. You may not be able to withdraw before the end of a class's fixed term. The Apollo Venture Capital Fund has no withdrawal right.
• Concentration: The Apollo Investment Management Fund holds 20 to 40 listed securities, so a single holding can significantly affect its returns.
• Currency: Where the fund's foreign currency exposure is not hedged, changes in exchange rates may increase or reduce returns in Australian dollars.

Our only website is apolloim.com.au, and we only send email from addresses ending in @apolloim.com.au. We will never ask you by email or text message to send money to a new or changed bank account.
